For all of our UK orders we offer Free Delivery with Royal Mail or DPD. The service is Next Day from when the parcel has been shipped. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for. If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local depot. A card will be left with further delivery or collection instructions.

We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized except full eternity rings. Refer below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring.

Our jewellery is handcrafted by our talented craftspeople and inspected thoroughly to ensure it meets our high standards.

In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee, where we will fix your jewellery free of charge.

If you have a question regarding our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee or need to send your item for repair, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will assess your jewellery once it is received and you will be contacted should any charges apply.
